This project involved renovating adjoining former Bank and Pharmacy Buildings into a new Museum with ancillary Office Space. This adaptive reuse had to adhere to strict preservation standards as it was located in the downtown. Along with the tenant upfit, the project also included upgrading the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, stabilizing the structure, and providing handicap accessibility.
