Lamar and Marion Development Test Fit

This Study involved upfitting two Historic Buildings to be code compliant for New Apartments. The scope of work included redeveloping all vertical circulation, restoring all exterior windows for aesthetics and energy efficiency, replacing all M/E/P services, and planning for single and multi-tenant apartments based on the existing irregular floor plans. The Marion Building (ca. 1914) would house Residential Apartments from floors 2-10. The Lamar Building (ca.1913) would house Residential Apartments from floors 2-19. The Lamar stands as the tallest building in Downtown Augusta, GA.
