GWVNH Resident Sleeping Room Upgrades

This multi-phased, four-story project renovated and upgraded resident sleeping rooms at the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home while planning for increased future use. The scope included updated interior finishes, asbestos containment and select removal, reinforcement of headwall areas, and installation of new plumbing and electrical fixtures. LED lighting was designed for aesthetics, safety, and energy efficiency. Built-in wardrobes were utilized to make efficient use of space. 2KM coordinated Owner-furnished FF&E with GWVNH and sequenced the temporary relocation of residents throughout construction.
