Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville
This project involved the multi-phased redevelopment of the GVMC in Milledgeville. Work involved overall master planning as well as the design of individual buildings and cemetery components. These project components included a Chapel, an Information Center, Monument Signs, an In-Ground Cremain Section, a Columbarium Area, Pre-Placed Double-Depth Crypts Burial Section, and a Memorials Section. In all, 2KM assisted the Owner with Programming; Site Review & Assessment; Consultant Coordination; State & Federal Agency Correspondance; DVS Requirements Research and Design; Architectural Design; Landscape Design; Bid; Construction Administration; Interior Design/FF&E.
