2KM Architects, Inc. is seeking a full-time individual to perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. The position requires assisting design professionals in the preparation of project documents as well as general office support tasks. The qualified candidate must display strong interpersonal skills that ensure effective communication with design professionals and our clients. We are looking for an experienced, dependable person with a strong sense of focus and motivation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working in an office specializing in the fields of Architecture or Engineering.
- Advanced skills in the most recent version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Construction Documentation, Specifications, Bid documentation, Construction Administration.
- Ability to handle basic Office Support tasks (field phone calls, filing, data entry) while also completing Construction Project documentation and scheduling.
- Experience handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
